Final Touch is Shocking the world

October 11, 2019

What a night of hockey. Final Touch played the perfect game against Manny's. Starting with Dave MacDonald having a stellar game. MAC was one of the pillars of the game strategy. At the end of the first Chris Bach would take a shot from the point to get the scoring going. In the second Manny's would get a goal by their Captain Derek Signoriello. They say it was unassisted on the score but this was a team effort to beat Ole Mac. In the third, Mark Kosinski would use the stretch play receiving the long pass from Brian Roman. Roman looked like a quarterback throwing a hail mary. Kosinski would split the D and deek and dunk. Jay Pires thought he had it and made a good play, it just snuck under his pad apparently. That would be enough to get the win. However, their fearless leader, Richie Dias would put the stamp on it. A little tuck in dribbler on the right side from Bill Figuerido. Great game played by all. Final Touch wins 3-1.

Green Goddess routed Vescera law in game 2. Forecheck Foley would start this one off scoring early. Jim Galvin would end the first with a goal of his own. Kenny Beck and Adam Babikian would get the two in the second to make it 4-0. In the third, Rob Edleman would put his team on the board, finally figuring out Mark Clarkin. Dan Clare got the helper on his birthday with Paul Praderio. Yet the third belonged to Green Goddess. Ken Beck would get his second. Eric Campbell would slip one by the guest goalie. By the way, that was Dave McCloud in net. He is the drummer of the band Character Witness. Steven Albertelli would get one. Gavin would get his second and finally Adam Babikian would get his second. Bill Vescera would get the final goal of the night. The final score was 9-2 Green Goddess.

Now to the final game. Manville Palace Pizza, home of the late night pizza joint. If you are starving and it is 4 am the pizza is fine. Never want to hear a woman say that to you by the way. Its fine. wait what? Put it in a sentence. Anyway, back to the game. Brian Beck started the scoring for the Palace. Vollie back to Roman, who would get it tied at 1 by Shane McShane Shane McCormick with Glen Medeiros getting the helper. In the second Roman would go up by one with help of a guest and Andy Morrison. MPP yeah you know me, would answer with 2 more in the second going up again. If you didn't see the tie goal, it harkened back to a younger version of a man. Yep, Kevin Bartels would deke his way by the competition and beat the tender on the stick side. It was a thing of beauty. Mike Bragan would get the game winner. And in the wayning moments of the game, an empty netter by Dan Dussault would cap this off.

Great night of hockey. Things change in a heart beat.

Have a great week.

Live, Breathe, Love....................Hockey!!!!
