And now for a break.

January 9, 2016

Love me some Friday Nights. So much so, as an alternative to not going to the rink at all, yours truly was honored to hop in the throne of The Emperor himself Mike Senior. The perspective from the clear icebox lead me to the conclusion, we should never video our games.

In the first game, Gary Ouillette did everything he could to help his team with a hat trick. His first goal in the middle of the first and MSCCC was ahead. It would take long for Joe Martin to put one up for the Roman Law. Rich Dias saw a tired goal because it YAWNED at him twice. Apparently, it wasn't hungry for Richies biscuit. In the second The RED Law would use a secret weapon normally in gold and black. In the end MSCCC came back but it would not be enough.

In the second game, It was all Manville Palace Pizza all the time. The Pizza dished out the slices 4 times in the first. 401 Consultants made it a game and caught up as far as 4-3 score early in the second. After 2 it was a 5-3 game. That would be it for the powder Blue as Frank Notorianni took a puck right to the face and then took it out on 401. Frankie would end up with 2 goals and 3 assists. Keith scored 5 goals and an assists. There is still a whole in the ice where his campfire was. Keith pleas take down the tent.

In the final game of the night, the player of the game might be Mike Baro or Mike Dussault. Both were stellar in net. They both held the fort in the 3rd as well. Rick Votta was brilliant as well. He made a sauce pass over to Shannon for the first goal for Vescera pulling them out of a 3-0 deficit. Final Touch would spread the puck around. The standout would be Tommy Gaborieault with 2 goals. One of which would seemingly be the game winner. The Touch would be up 5-3 at that point. Vescera Law would dig deep and get 2 goals late in the second. Ricky Votta would put it home with help from Mike Prudhomme and Nate Arruda. The final goal would be by Chris Hammond. The defense brilliantly recognized a bad change by Final Touch and got it up to Hammond who finished with sword firmly sheathed.

Unfortunately a tournament next weekend has us all on the resting up next week.

Hope you all have a great couple of weeks.
