Here we are. Semi Finals of the playoffs. 

I am a bit bitter this morning. So bear with me. 

In the first game, Vescera Law against Green Goddess. Vescera Law got on the board first, not early but first. Literally 1.7 seconds left in the first. It doesn't get any later than that. Ed Cardoso and Neil Yee setting it up. Don't know who scored. Number 7. In the second, OLE white gloves Mark Kosinski got the tying goal for Green Goddess with lil Robbie Edleman on the helper. Midway through the third Edleman would get the GWG and vault the team into the finals. BTW, Kosinski on the helper. Apparently, this is quite the couple. Green Goddess goes into the finals 2-1. 

The game of the year in this next one. A killer couple of goalies against each other. Mike Baro and Ryan Clifford kept the puck out of the net for much of the game. In the first Final Touch got on the board with a goal by Scott Webber from Marc O'Conner and Brian Cormier. Edge Doctor would break up the jubilation in the second with a goal by Sean Coffey from the defensive end. A 2 minutes later Edge took the lead with a goal by 46, I forget who was subbing, but set up by Richie Dias and Andy Meegan. Midway through the third, Ben Hevner got the tie, right when Final Touch needed it. half a period and a 5 minute overtime, did not produce another goal. And then there was a shoot out. Adam Babikian would carry his team on his shoulder and pop it in to start it off. On the third round, Ben Hevner would beat the Edge goalie to tie it up. In the final round, Scott Costa would roof his shot and end Final Touch's season, while punching the Edge Doctors ticket to the dance. Edge Doctor for the win. 

There you have it folks. Green Goddess versus Edge Doctor next Friday. Apparently there is a pick up game, in case your interested. Please contact your captain for details.
