Almost time for Christmas Cheer.
Hello everyone. Sorry I missed you last night. But here we are together in thought. Yep, renting space in your brain. Can you fix the water heater? And someone hit the mailbox, that needs to be replaced.
Ok let's get into it. Green Goddess and Final Touch were in the first battle of the night. Shannon Reilly of the Goddess, got the team on the board first, in the first. In the second it was all Final Touch. The Myers boys got the first two goals. Showtime started the scoring and Dylan got the game winner. If you hadn't guessed, Goddess got one goal. Peter Meegan rounded out the scoring in the second. In the third, Garret Reilly (wow the Irish are all over the score sheets) got 2 goals in the third and a late goal by Brian Beck would finish this one off. 5-1 Final Touch.
In the second game, Edge Doctor and Manville Palace Pizza got together. This would end in a tie. MPP has been heating up the ice over the last couple of weeks. Edge Doctor needs to get back to their winning ways. In this one, they both got a little energy to get to the end of the season. In the first Adam Babikian started everyone off. Frank Nardone on the assist. Sorry brother, I am back next week. Late in the period, Kreg Labelle made it 2-0. Early on the second, Derek Antunes got the Doctor to 3-0. Late in the second 2 quick goals by Manville Pizza brought in Neil Yee for those 2. All of a sudden, 3-2. In the third and early Dillon Rapitore, another assassin for the Pizza Made it a tie. Yee would round out the hat trick and take the lead for MPP. Kreg Labelle would tie it up for Edge on a breakaway. Adam Babikian loved that and did it too. Copy Cat. But he regained the lead. I am excited just writing this. What is going to happen next? And then it happened with less than 30 seconds on the clock. Paul Praderio for MPP would tie it up. 5-5 on this one. Great game.
Last game was a blow out for Quick Dam. We love the Dam. Unless we are playing them, then all bets are off. Glen Medeiros scored in the first. The lone goal in the first. In the second more of Quick Dam. The two guys with the same first name with 2 different spellings would get on the board. Sean Ferrant first and then Shawn Smith. Ferrant got the gwg. In the third, Mike Thomas would start this one off. And then Vescera ruined the shut out. Actually Ricky Votta donning the White got the lone goal for the Law. Big Sexy on the board. Ed Cardoso and Marc O'Conner rounded out the scoring in the 6-1 Dam win.
Tonight for you listening Pleasure WICKED RHODE is at Hills Tavern. 8:30. Come one come all. Hope to see you there.
