Hello everyone. Did you know there will be a hockey tournament coming up? I hope you all signed up. If not, go see Mark Schiavone or Shawn Smith. The whole thing is Horror themed jerseys and a draft. So, the teams will be even and everyone has a chance. It will be so cool. 

The tournament will be from Friday June 19 through Sunday June 21. 

Anyway back to the regular garbage. 

Green Goddess and Edge Doctor just had a day. Some back and forth action in this one. The score was tied at the end of 1. Adam Babikian started the scoring early for Edge. Green Goddess got it tied up in the 3rd shift. Goddess got the edge, edge? huh? got the edge on the Edge with 3 minutes left in the first, Ben Hevner with the goal. And another making it 3-1. Edge Doctors sponsor Derek Signoriello got one back with another by someone subbing. Onto where Edge took the lead and never looked back. In the second 3 goals. One by Adam. In the third, 2 more unanswered for Edge Doctor, Bill Babikian having a great week. I believe he has 4 goals with 3 leagues this week. A couple of late goals by Goddess would not be enough. Edge wins 8-5. Or "8 to fuckin 5" is what I heard in the warm room. 

Game 2 of the evening. Votta and Vescera. Lot of V's. That is only funny in my head. Votta and I mean Votta, Ricky Votta started the scoring in the first. Johnathan Murphy on the tying goal late. In the second, Votta took the lead back off the face off. Little Robbie Edelman on the goal. Johnathan again with the tying goal, this one from a sweet pass by Jay Cawley subbing in for them. Still in the second, Votta took the lead With a goal by Ryan Degnan. In the third Vesceras Shane McShane Shane McCormick with the tying goal. And that's all she wrote. 3-3. Some good goal tending on both sides by Mike Baro for Votta and Chris Santiago for Vescera Law.

Now for the West Coast feed. Manville Pizza versus Quick Dam. This game was a roller coaster. In the first Quick Dam took a 4-1 lead. Peter Meegan with 2, Kreg LaBelle with one and Marc O'Conner to round it out. Manville managed one passed Brian Glaude. I think it was Edelman on the subbing. Quick Dam let off the gas in the second and gave up 3 unanswered. Mark Kosinski, Edelman and Keith Kraunelis with the tying goal. And on to the third. Crazy of all the periods. One early on Manville Pizza got 2 more Kosinski and Kraunelis making it 6-4. And then 4 unanswered goals by the Orange. Andrew Laird got 2 and Kreg LaBelle with 2. Kreg with the Hatty. Unreal. 8-6 is your final. Quick Dam with the win. 

Tonight, the Underground is at Stevie D's at 8:30. You gotta see this band. Hope to see you there. 

Also, Sunday is Mothers day. Please do something nice for the women who had the courage to raise us crazy people.
