It's a gettin cold out there kids. Bundle up, it is just the beginning.

November 15, 2025

I am glad to be back behind the keyboard and on the ice. My apologies, but it has been a rockin few weeks. Although, I don't like missing hockey for gigs, it is so much fun to be on stage.

In any event, last week the big winners were Votta Properties over Manville Pizza. 4-3. Derek Franco with a couple and the game winner with under a minute left. MPP is starting to gain it's stride with a win this week. More about that later.

Edge Doctor beat Green Goddess with a 4-1 win. Although Goddess enjoyed a lead from early in the first, until halfway through the second. Edge Dr. Took over the game with 4 unanswered. A couple of goals by Adam Babikian and the final goal by PaPa Bill Babikian.

Vescera Law kept up their winning ways over Final Touch 7-3. Shane McShane Shane McCormick with a couple of goals to lead his team to victory. His team is keeping up to the task of first place since the start of the season.

This Weeks Games 11/14. Here we go.

Remember when I said, Manville Pizza is finding their stride, tonight the proved me right with a win over Quick Dam. Been a Jeckle and Hyde season for both of these teams. In this one Keith Kraunelis with a goal and 3 assists. Ryan Degnan, Mike Thomas and Kreg Labelle all getting 2 goals. ON the other side, Quick Dam had a spread the love with 4 goals by 4 different players. Manville won 7-4.

Game 2 seeing Green Goddess get on the winning track and the score board, boasting 7 over Votta Properties. Votta's IR and other factors, has a turnstile on the roster for subs this season. Goddess' hero tonight was Mark (I DONT HAVE THE WHITE GLOVES) Kosinski getting 4 goals and an assist to lead the way. Mark Schaivone was stellar in the net as well.

The Final Game of the evening and one for the rest of November for Final Touch, was a doosey. With the promise of no creamy shot this week, Final Touch got one over on Edge Doctor. Some controversy over great save, that some would argue, especially if you are Edge Doctor should have been a goal. Even the Scorekeeper felt the Edge got robbed, as it is noted on the score sheet. Don't let the refs control your fate. Suffice it to say, it was a heck of a game. Down 2 Final Touch eeked out the win with a late goal by the Irish Car Bomb Marc O'Connor to tie it up and Ben Hevner with beauty with 5 seconds on the ticker. 3-2 win for Final Touch.

By the way, that scoreboard buzzer is not feeling well. Jeez Louise.

Tonight, The UNDERGROUND, featuring Eric Robichaud and Matt Connell, Me, will be at Hills Tavern tonight (Saturday) 8:30 (417 Putnam Pike, Chepachet. Rt 44) Hope some of you non goaters will be coming by.

Otherwise, Have a great week!
