Hi Everyone, I will start this with a PSA. This comes from the league. Please take this to heart. 

Hey folks!  I was asked to post a reminder that this is a FUN, rec league.  One of the great things about the draft style league is that everyone moves around teams every few months and skates with everyone, which eliminates that "us versus them" mentality you see in other leagues.  

But from time to time we have to remember that we're all friends here, and need to dial down the temperature a little.  Things have gotten a bit more tense the last several weeks, with more aggressiveness and more fights, skirmishes, body checks and open-ice hits than usual. 

Just a reminder that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards fighting.  Scuffles and wrestling matches will get the game misconduct as they always do, but once punches start flying we are not going to tolerate it.  Additional game suspensions will happen, and even permanent ejection from the league.  We've done it already and won't hesitate to continue doing so.  

Let's remember this is a non-checking league - let's keep it clean and have fun out there!

I am going to make this quick. I am tired. I had to play against Garret, Kosinski and Coppin last night. So bad I had to trip Gary. Not the snail from Spongebob, Gary Ouilette. Yeah, He was so hurt he scored. Enough of my bitchin.

Quick Dam fell to Votta Properties. The one man show of number 8. Guessing it was Steve Albertelli scoring 4 out of their 5 goals. End result was 5-2 Votta with the win. 

In game 2 Vescera Law took it to Manville Pizza. 4 goals by Shane, McCaptain McCormick. Ryan Degnan and Kreg Labelle for the goals on MPP. Bobby Killah Watts and Avery Coppin with the other goals for Vescera. 

Avery was not done and got to play with other number ones on Green Goddess in the next game. Big Comeback for Final Touch, like Kim Kardashian. Goddess spread it out a bit, but mostly it was Our boy White gloves Mark Kosinski killing it. Final Touch had 3 goals by Ben Hevner leading the way Nice Sombrero. And 2 by Scott Webber. Woody in net for Baro, filled some big shoes. 5-4 Final Touch. 

Ok, thank god that is over. I just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. And for those of you who celebrate, a very Happy Hanukkah. Remember, this is the time of giving and not worrying about getting. Enjoy your families. Its the most wonderful time of the year.
