Last night the warm room was warmed up by some wayward family members. Paul Praderio fresh from the west coast, dropped in to say hi and watch the games. Also Sammy and Amen stopped in, also from the west coast off a red eye. It was great to have a family reunion. 

Let's talk about the action. Manville Pizza remains undefeated in week 2. This one had Final Touch up by 2 early in the second. A goal midway through the first by Timmy Pincince. Tim would get a second one 2 minutes into the second jumping on behind the defense. Well everyone besides me. And he still scored. Mike Thomas got into the action for MPP and got one back. Keith Kraunelis scored on a mail slot shot, shoulder high, to tie the game. Then Brayden Webster did what Brayden does and got the GWG early in the third. Thomas would get the Empty Netter to cap the scoring. 4-2 Manville wins. 

Middle action was Green Goddess and Votta Properties. The purple got on the board late in the first and early in the second. Then three goals by Goddess to put them ahead in the second, one being a Pete Meegan penalty shot. Must have been exciting. And then, the third belonged to the Properties. 4 goals, one by Captain Sexy himself. 6-3 Votta wins. 

Quick Dam and Vescera Law rounded out the action on this pleasant September evening. This one was close as close can be. Although, Quick Dam got 5 goals in the first and defended it til the bitter end. Shane McCormick got 2 for Vescera in the first. 2 late goals in the second within seconds of each other. Yet then, the defense clamped down and goal tendy was brilliant. The orange held onto win 5-4 and Quick Dam is also undefeated on defending their summer championship. Also, Captain Eric Campbell got the GWG.
