Hello fellow hockey players and fans. Thank you for your support.

What a night of hockey. I am excited, because I get to move on and play in the finals next week. Selfishly, I feel better when we win. 

In game one of the evening, Last weeks match up was reimagined. Quick Dam and Manville Pizza on the ice for the rematch. It took all of the first and a fraction of the second to break through and get on the score board. Manville struck first in the early going of the second. Richie Dias collecting a pass out front from Jeremy Lawton. Bingo Bango goal by Richie. Quick Dam responded 4 minutes later. This was a stretch pass from Eric Campbell to lil' Robbie Edelman. Robbie got in on the Clarkin by himself and a backhand roofer was the result. I wish you could have seen it. Thing of beauty. 3 minutes later Eric Campbell got a backdoor goal with all three up front being involved. In the third, the birthday boy Andrew Laird, got his first. Shannon and O'Conner on the assist. Manville got one back with a tuck in goal by Mike Bragan, to make it 3-2. And then, Laird celebrated his second goal. And then 20 seconds later, Laird completed his Happy Birthday Hat Trick. The goals came all at once, as Kreg LaBelle capped the scoring and pushed Quick Dam over to the Finals. 6-2 Quick Dam. 

In game two. Lots of action. I never thought I would see Papa get thrown out of a game, but here we are, as Edge Doctor and Green Goddess took the ice. A little scuffle and Papa and Raf had to hit the showers at the end of the first. Kole Sisson and Ben Hevner were cancelling each other out all game. It would not be until the 4th period, you heard me, the 4th period, that Kevin Webster would make magic happen and Kole smashed it in to win the game. 1-0 in 4 periods for Edge Doctor to move on to the finals. 

Next week Quick Dam Vs. Edge Doctor. 9:10. There is a pick up game at 8 for those who want a little skate before the finals.
